Our founder Jenni Sacks, out of Oxford University Innovation, is the creator of the MVT™ approach which radically improves the success of executing transformation, at a faster pace and lower cost. Jenni is also the creator of the Tranformathon™ which delivers change in 2 days, and creator of the SPOT™ (single point of truth) that sits in the software synthesizing all moving parts (internal and external, technical and people) in an easy to understand way, with all interdependencies built it. The technical approach also upskills, mobilises and engages the workforce at the same time, which is essential in maintaining the future transformed way of working.
Jenni has tried and tested this approach, after 15 years in management consulting and investment banking at the top tier firms, and leading end-to-end business transformation in multi national companies together with extensive experience in building innovation from scratch. Whilst Jenni has qualifications across 9 different disciplines, her career philosophy is grounded in what practically works in the real world.
Jenni was named a top 50 Game Changer in the UK and has won a number of awards including the Gold KPMG Medal. Jenni is author of 'Idea, Product, Market The 10 step guide on how to build your new product or business', founder of TwoogleBox and has worked across multiple geographies and is founder of the not-for-profit, Impakt South Africa, which democratises and empowers anyone to find an idea and get it to market.
Jenni is supported by a world class team and a partnership network of software gurus, transformation and innovation experts, growth hackers and subject-matter experts.
Minimum Viable Transformation™ means rapidly creating a working small-scale transformation, where the benefits and ROI are measurable, and then scaling the working success at pace. This requires low upfront investment, scales rapidly and uses a method that upskills and engages the workforce, rather than disrupting.
The current traditional methods used to execute transformations involve high upfront investment, visions built on old industrial era consulting models, incorrect KPIs and do not account for transforming the people in your organisation who ultimately need to deliver transformation and continue working in the transformed way.
Lean Transformation takes your transformation objective, builds a vision based on digital era principals, and then uses the approach that requires low upfront investment, uses your in-house resources, and delivers a working MVT™ (Minimum Viable Transformation) where benefits can be accurately measured, and then rapidly scales a solution that works. Resulting in high return and an engaged workplace
